Aaron Cantor has been exploring the mind/ body frontier since early childhood. He was introduced to yoga at the age of 5 by his father. As a teenager, while competing as an endurance athlete, he began to incorporating yoga and meditation into his training for triathlons and long distance running events. As his worldview grew he became more interested in the inner transformation and gradually retired from competition. He has had the good fortune of working closely with some of the worlds greatest yoga teachers. In addition to yoga he draws on circus arts, dance, meditation, anatomical study, and various martial arts for inspiration and insight. Aaron has traveled extensively (spending over 15 years in Asia and South America) to learn techniques that promote health, happiness and peace. He is known for his powerful practice, intuitive understanding of the body and his creative, and engaging teaching style.

Chandra Cantor has had a lifelong relationship with movement. Her involvement in dance began as soon as her little toddler legs could hold her up and she was introduced to Yoga by her parents, taking classes on and off through her teens. She graduated from Emerson College in 1998 with a BFA in Dance and the same year won Dance Magazine’s Outstanding Student Performer of the Year award.
Chandra began teaching Yoga in 1996. She has completed numerous teacher trainings, workshops and advanced learning courses with world renowned teachers. Her teaching style is strongly influenced by the White Lotus Flow Series, Erich Shiffmann, Astanga yoga, and a mindful melding of many other styles and teachers.
